About

Katleho

I started photographing because I kept losing things I wanted to keep. The work hasn't changed much since.

KTG SNVPS, also known as KATOURGRAPHEE, is a visual storytelling practice based in Cape Town and working wherever the story is.

The practice grew out of documentary habits: showing up early, staying late, and trusting that the meaningful frame arrives after the obvious one has passed. That patience is now the method, whether the brief is a national sports campaign, a founder portrait, or a two-day editorial in the Karoo.

Every project is built around a small crew and a clear intention. We plan for light, shoot on location, and grade for warmth rather than trend, so the images still feel right in five years.

Clients include brands in sport, hospitality and culture, alongside long-running personal series that keep the eye honest.

Principles

Restraint
One considered frame will outlive a hundred fast ones. We shoot less and look longer.
Natural light
Light tells the truth about a place. We schedule around it instead of replacing it.
Presence
We stay until the room forgets we're there. That's when the real story shows up.
